I am suppose to track what I eat for 2 weeks to be able to tell where I need improvement. I've only done it for a couple days & I can already tell where I need improvement. I may not eat much, but what I do eat is not as ok as I thought. Time to clean up my diet. Let's see if I can improve it over the next few weeks.
