Had killed my back two days ago...I don't know what the PT did to me but I could hardly walk up stairs...I literally had to keep my back as straight as possible. I couldn't even sleep. I told her that when I was doing the weight exercises that I felt all the pressure on my back and not my legs...then *poof*, really really sore back next morning.
I am hoping it is just the muscle and not something more.
Glad to be back to feeling like eating :)
