Hey, I hope you don't mind that I checked out your food diary - I notice you're recording very high-sodium foods, which is probably causing your hands to feel swollen. Just keep drinking water and exercise this will help you flush out the excess salt, and maybe try eating fewer processed foods (: I hope this helps!!
