Well I made it through the whole week getting up at 5:30 and hitting the gym. I absolutely HATE the fact of leaving my bed to work out, but once I am there it's fine, AND I love the fact that it frees up my evenings more. It has been a good week. Last week I was really down and struggling with my diet. I took a couple days off and that seemed to be enough to power me through this week because I have kicked ass. I am even doing a 5k this weekend! I will lose these last 8.2 pounds!
