I woke up this morning with some soreness in my neck, so I took the day off swimming and just did an easy elliptical routine. I'll call today an "active recovery" day.
I'm starting week 4 of my weight loss today and I'm pleased at how often I'm going to the gym. I told myself I'd start switching up my routine every 10 lbs, and I'm approaching that. I'm considering just adding some weight training. If anyone has some better suggestions, let me know!
