After being pretty bad over the weekend with food choices but being active, I’ve found myself losing weight anyway which has me quite happy. All the additional exercise I’ve been getting in lately seems to be helping.
Work is a little stressful suddenly because someone from the office is leaving which means a heavier workload for the rest of us, but hopefully things will balance out in a few weeks when they hire someone new. In the meantime, I’ll try to not stress eat which is something I’ve been known to do in the past.
My goal for this week: actually log everything I eat (and be better about the things I estimate calories for). I’ve been slacking a bit with that.
