Just finished a 5k at the gym! I walked for 2 minutes, ran for 5 minutes, walked for 5 minutes, ran for 5 minutes, walked for 7 minutes, ran for 7 minutes....I was going to walk for 7 minutes and then run for 7 minutes but I got tired. SO. I walked for I don't know how many minutes and when I almost got finished, I sprinted the rest of the way.
I was finished in 50 minutes and I think I ran for at least 20 of them! Taking it to the showers!
After eating dinner I've totaled my weight watchers points....I ate 32 today. I went 2 over but that's ok.
