Two weeks complete now. This second week's weight loss should not be only water anymore. I am feeling good. Interestingly I do not need to have evening meals after 6 pm. I do not feel hungry. I am very positive about being on the right track. The ketosis measured with the keto-sticks indicate moderate level. Based on the negative kcal averages I logged, my calculus indicates that I should lose about 1 Kg per 5 days. I guess that is still in the limits of healthy dieting and is also sustainable.
