Ya know what? Tonight I worked out and I feel great! I don't know why I ever stop exercising, the way it makes me feel... Today I did really great. I stayed within my carb limit without EVER feeling hungry. Ialso want to add something. Two days ago my period started...ugh, but two days before that I normally would have been pmsing in a major way. I didn't even notice, but Sean said, hey, I was surprised to find out you're on the rag, we didn't fight not once this week! LMAO!!! Wow that is true, usually I'd be crying and finding something to fight about with him. Way to go me! I'll be surprised if my weight doesn't go down next monday!
