Walked to my friends house instead of driving...4.5 miles..not very fun but I am not to sore...maybe tomorrow I will go Hiking. Today I was grazing how do I stop this habit!

You could try pack snacks. Slices apples with almond butter, carrot and celery sticks with hummus, fat free yoghurt, half-sandwiches, almonds, chickpeas, lean cold-cut turkey on thin crackers with low-fat cheese...etc. I also drink tons of water anytime i start to feel like grazing it helps fill me up.

Hey Fattiegurl - I've just had a look at your entries - what diet are you following? It might be a good idea to have a look at the diets that are out there and choose one that will fit in with your life and set a plan for the week - if you have planned meals it deters the grazing.
