30 Pounds gone!!!! Do a little dance! Make a little noise!!!
I don't really know what the difference is but NOW I feel like I'm getting somewhere. I still can not see much difference in my body, but my clothes look ridiculous because they are so baggy.
Its sounds so good to say, "I've lost 30 pounds" And let me add, this was an after dinner, just for fun, weigh in. Could be more by tomorrow!!
