Whewwww...The carb monster is slowly abating and I come into the home stretch of my pouch test! Yesterday was by far the hardest. My head hunger was way out of control and had me wanting to eat everything. It's still a struggle, but in the end it will be worth it. Tomorrow is day 3 of my 5 day pouch test. So I am very happy to be able to add eggs, cottage cheese, and tuna to my menu. I'll work out for another 30 minutes when I get home and hopefully that will really kick start things...
