Just have not been motivated to record food. Have been reasonably careful not to overeat and have been keeping the carbs at a lower level. I need to establish my own way and type of eating in order to continue to lose. Being on vacation and going sailing make some kinds of control very difficult. If anyone has suggestions, i would appreciate them.
