Ok...Enough! Putting cookies away today. I'm in Calif visiting my mom' and sisters. For some reason I'm overwhelmed. My mom is declining, both physically and mentally. That is hard to watch. She just wants to go to the Lord and I understand in my head but not in my heart. Anyway, gotta get this under control. Exercise is rare as weather here is rainy. No excuse though cuz I can do online classes.
134.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There are some great workouts on youtube - some searches “exercise painful knees” “Sparkpeople Nicole” “The Angry Workout”. Or even dancing to some music videos (my fav is an updated version of One Night in Bangkok - Murray Head) But I completed relate as my weigh came on with the super stress of each declining relative and parents are the worst to careful. It hits on so many levels. I will share the obvious food really doesn’t help the stress. What I finally discovered was sleep does. Puts you in a better mood, gives more energy, allows you to problem solve better. I started to go bed earlier (ok I know not always easy), grab mini feet up rests/naps and iconsult a doctor for sleep aid. Sending you to best of light, love and prayers along with prayers for the best outcome for your mum.
