I am doing exercise but still gaining weight i don't know what's going on.. I m not following my diet I am just what i want without counting calories etc. Is that is the main reason anyone? I feel tired anyone help me please?

Yes. You must count your calories. Exercise cannot burn a lot of energy normally, unless you continue it for a long time. Easily it can be compensated by food. Food simply has too much calorie.
Also, your weight increase might be due to water absorption (salt?) or even muscle gain! Did you gain muscle? Did you eat too much salt?

I was going very well from 110 kg to 100 kg in 3 to 4 months is really good for me but after 20 days passed I stand on weigh scale I saw it is 103 kg and I was thinking it will be 99 or 98 I am very dissappointed

it might be because of the muscle mass? coz u are building stronger muscle. don't worry... enjoy your healthy lifestyle. most important is healthy and clean eat with consistent workout :)
