I will be starting my diet tomorrow and I'm super excited! I gained 17 pounds since my retirement a few years ago, because I moved to a home up in a mountain where it's gotten very easy for me to munch on many snacks while watching the sun set or painting a landscape. Although I am quite active when I'm away from my home either at the gym or walking in the town park, I spend too much time snacking while working on my hobbies at home. I will start recording what I eat beginning tomorrow and I will make better snack choices. I hope I do well on my first day!
