I finally started paying attention to my Acid Reflux symptoms this week. Its funny, I don't feel and so called Heartburn, but the tests show acid damage to my Esophagus and vocal cords. First noticed 4 months ago when I started losing my voice when singing in our church ukulele choir. Now after taking the meds, I know it's not going to get any better unless I (1) stop grazing at night up to bedtime and (2) get rid of the spicy foods (3) Start with an anti-acid OTC regimen when I feel it in my throat after meals. @#@%%%%@# Dam'n but getting older is not as much fun as I thought it was.
