OH MY GOODNESS - what a week! My dear friend SS passed away Saturday evening. Sitting at someone's bed side, eating hospital food, drinking Timmies, and trying to find the strength to watch and support her through her journey does not make for a good week on the diet front. I am dreading tomorrow's weigh in! Back on the horse (so to speak) today though. Hopefully next week's weigh in will see more improvement.
