Was up before the sun this morning. The alarm clock was set for 6am, but the terrible terror woke up wanting her sippy cup around 5ish. I did lay in bed and snooze til 6 before getting up, dressed, and to the park for a 3 mile walk. ^.^ It was an Awesome morning. The mist hovering over field and pond was mystical and enchanting. Wish I would have had my camera with me. Saw a big Blue Heron at the pond. He flew over and landed on one of the boulders that the turtles sun on. The mist swirled around him and the water was perfectly calm. It was a great morning for a walk.
I did jog during the first 1.2 miles, and a bit on the second mile. My left leg is feeling fine, though now that I've stopped my foot is a little achy. Good thing my foot doctor appointment is today, so I can get it check out. Trying hard not to think about needles either...I really hate them. And they'll probably want to stick a couple in me today.
Enough about scary part. The scale wiggled back down to 258.5 this morning. Very happy with it. Also did the 30 day shred workout last night. It wasn't as bad as I though it would be. But boy did it make me sweat!! I was only a little sore from it when I woke up. Now at 10/50 miles for April...and starting to think this challenge might be a little tooo easy for me. XD 26 days left, and 40 miles...very very doable.
Possibly going to stop at Ross and Kohl's today and look for a shirt/capri pants for my 50lb/ half way mark reward. Also talked to hubby last night, and for my birthday I'm going to get a new pair of New Balance shoes. :) The pair I have now, I got back in November, but my foot has apparently shrunk just enough for me to notice that the shoes are getting loose around my foot and I have to wear fluffy socks to make up for that little extra space. Also simple wear and tear. So new Shoes for my b-day and a new bathing suit. ^.^ The two piece that I wore last year (not a bikini, more like a tank top and bottom) The top part is almost baggy on me, but the bottoms still fit alright. So I might just look for a black top to match the bottoms. Assuming the bottoms still fit in another 2 and half months. And if I get a new bathing suit...we will have to hit the beach. ^.^ Woot! And the river...and possibly tubing if my MIL can come up and baby sits.
