LadyBea40's Journal, 17 September 2014

Today was my usual go to the Y workout kind of day. Yesterday I did not do my usual because I just felt compelled to go visit my daughter's grandmother. She is still fighting cancer and I hadn't seen her since she had surgery a few months ago. I was happy to see she was up and about even though she had just had a radiation treatment the previous day. She is definitely a fighter and that is a great thing and inspiration to me. I remain committed and determined to continue my battle with my fat so I am working hard to get it off me. I feel better all the time and just my endurance has increased enough that I don't dread all the walking, and waiting around bus stops. To all my buddies, keep going and enjoy your day :)
