Here's the refeed bounce on day 21 of my fast. I've been having bone broth with boiled onions and fennel, and a couple of keto bars. Muscles are glycolating and retaining water. I'm going to start logging again and try to keep to keto and keep it light, so that my rebound doesn't take me to binging. With Christmas around the corner, I'm going to need to remain mindful.
