Free food and Graduation weekend has been hard! But, the only think i regret is indulging in the desserts too much. Either way, I think I did well and made better choices than I normally would. The most difficult task for me will be getting back on track and not indulging in things that will ruin my diet. I'm making this a new lifestyle. I've learned so much about the things I was eating that were making me fat. I have realized that I don't have to be deprived to live a healthy lifestyle and that is exciting. This week my goal is to get back to working out (I had been sick last week and didn't work out.) I think I'll go in the morning first thing b/c I need to weigh in.
