Not a good day for walking due to wind and rain, did 1 hour at the gym, will have to catch up on walking tomorrow. Weight this morning 79kgs, waist 104cm, chest 112cm, hips 114cm, neck 37cm....there it is warts and all. My goal for the 12 week challange is to loose 13kgs with daily exercise and sensible eating.....
