I didn't actually eat fried rice - i had blazing noodles from masala wok. I have no idea how many calories are in it, but it's probably a big chunk.
I think the reason i haven't lost weight in a bit is that i haven't actually had any truly high-calorie days. Even my "cheat" this week was a modest serving of fat-free frozen yogurt. (and i got 1/3 of it sugar-free.)
Anyway, so i thought maybe some high-volume food would a) get my bowels back to moving (sorry.) and b) remind my body that i'm not, in fact, starving.
I figure i'll be heavy tomorrow, but tuesday should be pretty light. we'll see.
