Nice morning hanging out with the family and cooking breakfasts for the coming weeks. Headed back in the right direction after following your tips, and I am feeling more relaxed about the process. (because tings are gong my way probably!!) Im going to make a nice salmon dish tonight, really easy. but LOOKS hard and fancy shmancy! Ill post it for review!

Cool, I bought a can of salmon, I haven't been brave enough to try to make something with it yet. Glad you are ready for a brand new week. I know you will do well. I've noticed a good attitude shift for you. You have to think of weight loss with some humor because if not its to easy to get stressed out, frustrated, angry, depressed. I've gone through all the gambit of emotions myself. I decided to try to have a little humor. If I don't lose this week its funny because I'm stuck. Well I try I won't say I always succeed. lol Can't wait to see the salmon dish. Cheers. Melissa
