1050 calories at the gym today. I did pull-ups and moved the counter-weight to 120, which still feels like it's too easy for me. Next week I think I can move it to 110.

I've been driving by the track at Westfield High School, and it is really nice. They have these stations outside the fence where you can hang, do sit-ups, do pull-ups the old-fashioned way, and even practice climbing over a fence. I would have liked to try them today, but there was a game going on. What I really want to try is the monkey bars, which I could never do as a fat kid, but I bet I could do a bit of it now.

I feel like I can run much faster than I've ever been able to do before. Yesterday we had bootcamp at Nimitz, and I managed to jog and run most of the time we were supposed to go around the track. I still need to work on jumping on those diesel tires, but MPT is pleased with the running. When we were done, she turned to me and said, "You're getting to be a beast!"

I feel empowered. Whenever I wake up in the morning, I feel like I'm new... new legs, new arms, new body. Better and stronger. Faster. And my head is bigger LOL Well, Hell... If you saw this much improvement in your body, don't you think you'd show off a little bit? *evil laugh*
