Laid up as I am with my sprained ankle, I'm going to have to switch tacks to avoid boredom eating... Trying the no-flour, no-sugar approach (in which I won't eat food which has sugar and/or flour in the first three ingredients of a product), with two exceptions: 1) Excludes food I've already bought and which would otherwise go to waste; 2) Does not include chocolate that's over 80% cocoa in mass.

Obviously, that leaves me free to eat oatmeal, quinoa, rice, Triscuits, fresh fruits, dried fruits, fresh or steamed vegetables, nuts, eggs, Trader Joe's PB...

Let's see how long THIS lasts!
