Did great eating-wise even though the day itself was a total emotional shit show. Fought with husband, fought with best friend, people in my life not keeping their word. Employees giving notice that they're quitting. But I will not be swayed by any of this. Eating poorly on a bad day just gives me one more problem, whereas doing well gives me at least ONE win for the day!
