it's FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY.... sorry. The song's not even catchy.

Anyway, so today they're giving away free self-serve frozen yogurt at the new frozen yogurt place.... and I'm going to go with my pal Sarah. I'm not sure if they'll have anything sugar-free, but I'll try.

The good news is I can have a relatively low-calorie treat today, and control my own portion. Hooray! I think I'm going to follow the practice of allowing myself some small thing on Friday afternoons (since I have the day off, and that's typically when I see my friends) as a rest from an otherwise clean week. Seems to me that it's worth the .2 lb trade-off.
