I did my second day of long-cardio yesterday. I am much less tired than I thought I would be I had expected to be completely exhausted into the next day, and today I feel pretty good. Granted walking up the hill home was a little tough but I made it and right after that workout I weighed in at 129.2! I think a lot of it was water loss so I don't want to record a real weigh in until later but it was really encouraging to see the scale finally go back down!! We'll see later today and tomorrow what happens. Today will be a short-cardio/weights and core day. I am looking forward to the gym today! Hope the weeks have gone well for everyone else too!
