Welcome to Day 4.
Still following SBD, I need to cut back on the meat I think. I will push more veggies. I don't think that I need chicken, beef or seafood at every meal.
I will have it for breakfast, then choose to have it for lunch or dinner. 1 veggie meal a day to push fiber.
Peeked at my weight yesterday and it read 268 in the am this morning it read 270 :(. I will weigh officially Sunday Morning. Finger crossed I want to be in the 260's!!!!
On a happier not, the ketostick is becoming more of a purple color. I believe that I may be in the 20-30 range. BURN BABY BURN!!!
