Speaking of marches...walked my usual 3.3 miles with doggies along for 2.1 today. It was a cool, cloudy, windy and drizzly day, but we weren't too damp by the time we got back.
I'm thrilled that the computer gurus here on FS fixed my weight ticker so it's no longer a gray ghost. I'm proud of the loss and want it pictured so it can keep motivating me and reinforcing the progress to date. Thank you, thank you FS!!
