Day 3 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Day 3 - back on the Weight watchers band wagon. muscles are sore!
160.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
