Starting over again! I've got to lose about 30 lbs. I'm trying to get in 40g of fiber a day.( without over eating ) I've also got to get in about 5 bottles of water a day. I've been dehydrated, which made me retain water! (I was so swollen.) I also have been fighting thrush, so that means, I've got an overgrowth of yeast. taking a shot of ACV to help with that. I'm pre -diabetic. (Metformin) High cholesterol. (Livolo). Had a hysterectomy. (HRT)A whole slue of other meds, on an as needed basis. oh yes lets not forget my Adderall!
I would love to be my healthy self again!
I'm meditating again. The longest I've gone is 13 days straight. I've been trying for over twenty years. lol
I will meditate daily
I will quit smoking
I will start Yoga Thursday night 9/11/13!
I will journal every night!
I turned fifty on 8/24, it is time to do this! My life,
my way!
I will not whine, well I might whine some! This is not going to be easy. I know. I can do this!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
