Once again I got taken out to lunch, who can pass up free food!! What is nice about eating so much nastiness in the middle of the day is that I am not hungry at all by the time the evening rolls around. The hubby gets kinda annoyed I won't eat with him, such is life. Couldn't fit in too much exercise today besides the usual 11 hour shift of walking, standing and rarely sitting. I am still sore from my crazy work out on Monday, ugh. I wish I was in my earlier twenties when I could just drop weight like that. Thank you very much, 25, as you seem to be the age where things are starting to creep up. At least if I am this diligent now I won't be kicking myself come 30. Tomorrow I MUST eat the lunch I bring to work, maybe exercise between clients. Doubtful I would get fired for push ups and sit ups on the floor, right?
