Yep. Gained but lost body fat %. I am not happy today.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That seems like a good thing to me? Gained muscle and lost fat = good! :) Am I missing something?
