Unless I'm going somewhere I'm sure I will have problems with my WOE (like the hospital with Dan again) or a flight across the country where the pickings are slim, the bullet proof cocoa is OFF THE MENU!

I have to reduce my total calories while keeping these proportions of protein, fat, and carbs. I think the answer is eat smaller portions. I have noticed that when my fat is up, I'm not finishing what I make. So I think I'll cut down on the amounts.
