Well, I didn't loose any weight this week. I actually threw away 4 pairs of jeans today bc they were too big!! Yeah!! for me that was my evidence that I did take care of myself this week, even if it didn't show on the scale!

Good for you! Getting into smaller clothes is a big accomplishment no matter how the scales tease you! Before long you will get too small for your new jeans!
