Went on trip with boys and Kelly to Wisconsin Dells. Brought protein drink along. Did reasonably well Mon/Fri. By Wed, ran out of protein drink, followed Kelly's and Kids schedule and ate crap through weekend, Only worked out 3X.
felt badly. Screamed at kelly. acted like an ass. Not doing that again. Always have plans and contingencies. I was looking much better before last week.
Plans for this and next 3 weeks to reverse the detriment: do double days (aerobics +p-90X) 3-4 days a week. The additional calorie burning nd metabolism should help reverse the fat gain.
