I cannot seem to get out of the 280,s. I was a hard few weeks. I lost my job but found a new one. I did not work out at all the last two weeks. But today is a new month so I have decide to start over.
287.6 lb Lost so far: 98.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
