definitely didn't eat nearly enough yesterday. I can't do sugary things or alcohol anymore. had oats before going to the one-year olds bday party. while there had one glass of bubbly and a cupcake and felt too I'll for the rest of the day to eat anything. had a small bit of chicken for dinner but that was it. just had a big portion of scrambled eggs for brekkie to fill the gaps. #lightweight. I've never been big on drinking, but I do enjoy an occasional something-something, but I think I'm over it now. #goodwithcoffee ☕
