Yesterday had lunch
Peanut butter(3slices ) and buttered rusks.With coffee and cream

Then supper fish mayo sandwich and coffee with Cream .
138.9 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
