I don't know why I am holding on to the weight. Thought I was eating right😭😭😭
165.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep at it. You'll see progress soon. But besides eating right, would you answer "yes" to any of these: do you fast more during the day, or sleep less than usual, or have heavier stress than usual or exercise less? Any of these may trigger an energy-conserving metabolic 'set point'.
