I'm not doing the eat/stop/eat thing. It really messed with my system. Not a good thing for me. Plus, it didn't have any effect on my weight....just made me extremely bloated and uncomfortable.
I've got 2 weeks until our vacation and I'm still sitting where I was 6 weeks ago. Now I'm going to do it MY way for the next 2 weeks and see if I can at least get down to 165 before our trip. I'd like to get to 160 because that's where the bindings on my skis are set for, but I'll settle for 165 at this point.
