I stepped on the scale today for kicks and giggles. I dropped almost 2.5 lbs since yesterday Going to wait for tomorrow or Saturday to record again. I think my body just isn't used to laying around all day. Usually I do laundry or a chore or two, go out to grab coffee, cook, just wander around the house, go to my friends, so not used to this basically stay in one spot. I also don't know how all the painkillers affect this all. Small workout today :)
I also set a Non-scale goal to fit in a pair of jeans by thanksgiving. They are a size 14 from banana republic that I love and have refused to get rid of. Right now I am a 16 closer to 18. I think I need to lose a little less then 20lbs maybe 25.
