Ya know, I like working at Fridays during the day. I eat a breakfast, then dinner when I'm done with my shift. It's lovely! Knock out 400 or so calories that way!
I'm doing well so far today but I have plans to drink a couple of beers later. I'll also have beer tomorrow as it's basically a holiday in Michigan. Yikes.
I plan on hitting the gym tomorrow but I don't think I'll be able to run. I'll do abs, weight machines, and maybe hit up a bike while I read a book or something. Depends on how bad my cough is that is still lingering.
Tomorrow is weigh in day. I'm more nervous for this one than the last. My guess is going to beeeee...uhh, near a pound. Like .8.
