I broke down yesterday. I ate pizza, drank soda and when my friend came over she brought piles of candy... and I didn't exercise at all. I felt terrible by the time I went to bed, feeling like I could not recover from what I did. But surprisingly, this morning I got on the scale only to see that my weight didn't change.
I'm going to take this as a 'freebie' and get back on track before there's damage.
