I felt tempted not to write down my foods today.. but I made myself do it this evening. I did well today. Tomorrow I have church and must face doughnuts. I usually eat one, and fit it into my points. I have realized I still have no self control over food. I can make the right choice if the right choice is there; But, if there is no alternative, I am week. Food wins. Why is it so hard to say "no"! I do so well and then I just have the urge to eat everything chocolate or sweet that I can get my hands on.. and I start fantasizing about food! It's rediculous! I know God was being very serious when he addressed gluttony.. it is just as bad as lusting after the flesh. Lusting after food.
So this evening I am praying for strength.
