My weight is crazy. I added more vegetable but am struggling with snacking especially at night. I bought more radishes after I read they were good for weight lose. I read they were really goos to eat right before lunch. So I will eat 2 or more before bed to help with the munchies and see how that help with the pounds.
272.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
