Good Morning All, seems like yesterday was another busy day. I did however learn (well already knew) I will no longer be bringing in any type of one and a half quarts of ice cream into this house. I can not be trusted to have a small portion, so from now on it is nothing but individually wrapped stuff for me.
I need to get to the gym today, still need to give the dog a bath. I am kind of nervous about getting on the scale today, I know it is going to be higher than before, then again such as life. Time to catch up on everyone's post, so I will see you all later, and have a great day !!!!!

You should clean your entire kitchen unhealthy food, you can, just enough so that you want, a big hug, just go for your objective consists

Forget bringing in individual portions. Go the the store, buy that one thing, and get out with it. Eat it and don't go back. You can open more than one 'individually packaged' item. If their in your freezer, the temptation is there.

BTW. I'm that way with potato chips. When I want them, I buy one small bag and get out of the building. They're never purchased and hang out at home.

I try to keep sweets out of my house too, as much as possible. And DH is finally getting it! Xoxox

And if those individually wrapped portions are small, in order to have less calories than a competitive brand, you might think that you could eat two of them. The temptation is to binge on all of them. Keep sugar out of the house or tell yourself it is for other people who live with or visit you.
